New Voice of Membership

Lion Junji was awarded the New Voices in Membership for his understanding of membership hurdles and working to overcome them. He believes when it comes to recruiting it is important to just speak out and “Ask 1.” Begin with the invite, because many community members stated that they do not join because they have not been asked. He also understands that the key to retention is member experience. He believes in providing service, while interacting with and enjoying one’s peers. Making service fun and enjoyable will help retain members once they join. Due to his efforts, membership in his club, the sponsor club, and region have been increasing. His commitment to membership growth and experience are noteworthy and deserving of recognition.
